1. Product Usage

• Compliance: Operate drones within specified limits:

  • Wind resistance: ≤17m/s ( 6)
  • Temperature: -10°C to 45°C ( 5)
• Prohibitions: Reverse engineering anti-jamming systems or RTK modules.

2. Orders & Payment

• Pricing: Quotes valid 30 days; excludes import duties.
• Shipping: FOB Vietnam/Thailand (Incoterms 2020).
• Cancellation: 30% fee if order is in production.

3. Warranty

• Coverage: 24 months for manufacturing defects.
• Void If:
  • Exceeding payload limits (e.g., >70kg on RDS820)
  • Physical damage/water ingress beyond IP67 rating
  • Unauthorized firmware modifications

4. Intellectual Property

• Custom Designs: Rocca retains patents for bespoke solutions. Clients receive perpetual licenses.
• Software: Flight control systems and AI algorithms are Rocca’s property.

5. Liability Limitations

• Not liable for:
  • Crop damage from incorrect spraying calibration
  • Data loss due to signal interference beyond 150km range
  • Failures caused by unapproved accessories
• Cap: Liability limited to 100% of order value.

6. Export Controls

• Restrictions: Sales prohibited in embargoed regions (e.g., Iran/Syria/NK).
• Certification: Buyers attest compliance with:
  • U.S. EAR (for drones >50kg payload)
  • EU Dual-Use Regulation EC 428/2009

7. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: Hong Kong SAR.
• Arbitration: HKIAC-administered (excludes injunctive relief).

8. Termination

We may terminate agreements for:

• Breach of export controls (Section 6)
• Unpaid invoices >60 days
• Safety violations (e.g., illegal altitude operations)
